Education and Experience: College degree or training in graphic design, fine arts, or related fields. Demonstrable experience in graphic design, preferably in previous work environments or through a strong portfolio.
Technical skills: Mastery of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS) and skills in branding, typography, composition and color design.
Creativity and visual thinking: Ability to generate creative ideas, conceptualize attractive designs, and communicate visually effective messages. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into impactful visual designs.
Teamwork and communication skills: Ability to collaborate with other teams and clients, receive and give constructive feedback, as well as effectively communicate ideas through the presentation of designs.
Requirements
Education and experience: University degree in computer science, computer engineering or related fields. Demonstrable experience in web development, both front-end and back-end.
Technical knowledge: Mastery of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as experience in frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), database management and knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical problems, optimize user experience, and adapt to new technologies and web standards.
Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work as a team, communicate technical ideas to non-technical people, and collaborate withdesigners and other teams.

Education and Experience: College degree in marketing, advertising or related fields. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, data analysis or advertising campaigns.
Technical knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, social media, data analysis (Google Analytics, social media analysis tools) and ability to use marketing automation tools.
